Proclaim refund policy
Full* refund up to three weeks before the event starts. 75% refund up to one week before the event starts. No refunds within one week and after the start of the event. If you have extenuating circumstances and are unable to attend, please contact us for consideration.
*Please note, due to changes in PayPal refund policy, we are no longer able to return the entire fee. There will be a small processing fee deducted from your refund.
If we have to cancel the event for any reason, we will issue you a full refund or keep your registration valid for the following year.
