The marketplace is located in a large tent located on the grounds. Vendors do not need to bring their own canopy. One 6’ table per space can be provided -free of charge- upon request. We will provide a black tablecloth for every table in the marketplace for a consistent, clean and professional look.

Each space is 6×6 feet. If you would like a table, we will provide that to you at no additional cost. We will also provide a black tablecloth for a consistent, clean and professional look.

If your setup includes anything free standing, it must fit in the 6×6 feet space and can not stick out into the aisle. Please do not bring tables larger than 6 feet long.

Please purchase the correct number of spaces needed for your set up and prepare accordingly.

Yes, vendors and all members of their party must be registered for Proclaim in order to sell their products in the Proclaim marketplace. You can purchase your event tickets and your marketplace space here.

We love having lots of variety at the Proclaim Marketplace! Proclaim staff will review each application and does reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of sale items and will review each application.

For food items, only non-refrigerated, prepackaged foods are allowed.

Keep in mind that Proclaim and its staff are not in any way liable for damaged, lost or stolen merchandise throughout the event.

The Proclaim marketplace is only open during designated hours which is mealtimes on Friday and Sunday. See schedule for details. There is no marketplace on Shabbat. Vendors can only sell when the marketplace is open.

Setup for the Proclaim Marketplace happens on Thursday and must be finished by 7PM.

Take down happens at 1PM on Sunday, immediately following the last Proclaim marketplace. All merchandise and personal belongings must be completely out of the marketplace tents by 1:30PM.
