Please make sure to get a ticket for each person in your party attending Proclaim, including all children of all ages.

Note: Our schedule expanded with workshops all day Thursday: pottery, dance, calligraphy, watercolor, …

NO ONSITE REGISTRATIONS due to limited space and for event security.

Note: Children 12 and under are free, but they still need a ticket to attend regardless of their age!

Non-Electric Tent Site

Flat-Rate Event Camping: a one time fee covers your spot for the entire event.

Please park all vehicles and trailers in the designated parking areas. We do not allow vehicles in the tent camping area to ensure safety for all the children.

Please ensure your tent and all stakes fit within the allotted size of the campsite. Please plan for only 1 tent per site.

No pets allowed on the premises.

If all non-electric tent sites are sold out, you can add yourself to the waiting list. In case somebody cancels and a campsite opens up, we will contact you. You can also check out the electric tent sites.

Electric Tent Site

Flat-Rate Event Camping: a one time fee covers your spot for the entire event.

Each electric tent site comes with a nearby electric plug available. Please bring extra extension cords as needed.

Electric is for non-heavy-draw-use only such as fans, crock pots, charging battery packs for phones etc. No portable air conditioners please.

Non-Electric RV Site

We do not have a dump station or a place to fill up your water tank on site, but you can take care of those things at Peters Park nearby for a donation. Just leave your donation at the camping kiosk in the iron ranger mailbox. Or you can go to Southwood Reservation Area to fill up your water tank or dump, for $5 each.

If all sites are sold out, you can add yourself to the waiting list. In case somebody cancels and a campsite opens up, we will contact you. You can also check out the Electric RV sites.

Electric RV Site

Flat-Rate Event Camping: a one time fee covers your spot for the entire event.

In an effort to spread the available electricity to as many as possible, all electric RV sites are limited to a 20 AMP breaker.

No pets allowed on the premises. No electric cars may be charged at the RV sites.

The Leaf Food Truck - Adult Meal

The Leaf Grill and Wokery food truck will be onsite selling Biblically clean evening meals during the event. This food truck is run by the Johnk family who graciously make their farm available for Proclaim.

The Menu:

The food truck will be open on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, for dinner, 6:00-7:30 PM, as well as on Sunday for lunch, 12:00-1:30 PM.

Wednesday, 6:00-7:30 PM: Chicken Enchiladas with Garden Salad

Organic corn tortillas filled with farm-raised organic chicken, cheese, and beans and smothered in a creamy green chili sauce. Served along with sour cream,cilantro, olives, and jalapenos. A fresh garden salad served on the side along with homemade dressing choices.

Drinks: Fresh squeezed lemonade $3/ea (purchase onsite only)

Thursday, 6:00-7:30 PM: Thai Chicken Basil Stir-fry


Fresh wok-fired veggies tossed with our house finishing sauce made with fresh-grated ginger and
wholesome ingredients. Served over Soba noodles. Gluten-free option: Basmati Rice

Entree options: Vegetarian or Thai Chicken Basil


Drinks: Fresh squeezed lemonade $3/ea (purchase onsite only)

Friday, 6:00-7:30 PM: Italian Night

Spaghetti topped with homemade slow cooked Bolognese meat sauce made with garden fresh tomatoes, peppers and onions and a mix of aromatic herbs, served with a fresh garden salad and homemade garlic bread

You will receive a 6’x6′ space in the marketplace tent. We will also provide one 6′ table to you if desired. Just make sure you mark this on your application. Vendors must follow vendor guidelines.

TICKET FAQ

  • Selling event tickets is important for the success of Proclaim, as these cover essential costs, such as artist compensation, infrastructure, and equipment rental.

  • Due to limited space and for event security, we are not able to accommodate onsite registration. Please purchase your ticket in advance.

  • Yes! Event ticket prices increase as you get closer to the event. The early bird gets the worm!

  • You can cancel by contacting us at contact@proclaimmusicfestival.com.
    Any cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the opening day of Proclaim are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, but may be transferred to another attendee with prior notification to the event organizers at contact@proclaimmusicfestival.com.
    Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the opening day of Proclaim can receive a 50% refund.
    If you cancel at least one month prior to the opening day of Proclaim, you can receive a full refund minus the 5% processing fee.

Camping FAQ

  • RV sites are a 20’ x 40’ space. Both electric and non-electric spots are available.

    Tent sites are mostly 20’ × 20’ grassy areas mostly under large shade trees, one tent per site please. Both electric and non-electric sites are available.

    Please make sure your tent and all stakes will fit in the size allotted for your site.

  • Quiet tent sites are primitive camping beyond the parking lot within walking distance from the main camp area.

    Please note, there is no quiet time in the main area.

  • Per request of our hosts, we have a no-pets policy. Please do not bring pets, especially dogs, onsite.

  • There will be portable bathrooms and outdoor showers available. Potable water will be available for all guests, as well as outdoor sinks to clean dishes.

    Please note: RVs will need to fill their water tanks before arriving onsite.

  • Yes! See the link below.

  • Check-in begins at noon on Wednesday. Check-out ends at noon on Monday.

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring a generator for RV sites only. Quiet generators only, please.

    Charging stations are nearby the non electric tent sites so please do not bring a generator to your tent site.

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring a fire ring and have a fire at your camp site.

    Please be very safe, cautious and attend to the fire at all times.
